Maragojipe, also called the elephant bean because of its large size, is a mutant variety of coffee originally grown in Brazil. This small lot represents my favorite qualities of high grown Nicaragua. Star fruit and delicate citrus overtones command the cup, yielding to succinct black tea briskness in the finish.
