Sabor de Segovia, the name given to it by its producers, is known for light bodied, mildly acidic, delicately sweet coffees. This particular lot is offered by Prodecoop, or loosely translated: Promoter of Cooperative Development of the Segovias Company which operates in the departments of Esteli, Madriz, and Nueva Segovia in northern Nicaragua. All of the coffee they produce is Fair Trade certified and 50% of the total production is certified organic. This is
an exceptionally approachable offering for those who appreciate nuance over flash. Effervescent citrus permeates the aroma finishing with slight and uncomplicated cocoa bean.
