Elevation: 1300 meters

Very deep with lots of sweet cherry and malted milk chocolate.   This brew has the opaque body of a bottomless fresh water pool, yet its brightness glows and sweetens as it cools.

Process: Washed and Sun Dried
Elevation: 1200 - 1400 meters

This Nicaragua Segovia is a sweet and silky cup that unfolds with a gently tangy apricot note and a rich vanilla bean finish. Some lovely violet supports the stone fruit and adds some subtle complexity. The PRODECOOP has been producing these coffees for years and every year they are an anticipated new crop.

Elevation: 1500 meters

The Tanzania Songea Peaberry is back. The first and warmest sips offer a sweet cloudy vanilla/ caramel milk. As the coffee cools, the clouds clear to reveal sweet pear, green apple, and peach notes. An exciting summer brew, this coffee is perfect for iced coffee drinks.
