Very deep with lots of sweet cherry and malted milk chocolate.   This Huehue has the opaque body of a bottomless fresh water pool, yet its brightness glows and sweetens as it cools.

This Nicaragua Segovia is a sweet and silky cup that unfolds with a gently tangy apricot note and a rich vanilla bean finish. Some lovely violet supports the stone fruit and adds some subtle complexity. The PRODECOOP has been producing these coffees for years and every year they are an anticipated new crop.

A crystal clear cup with mild rosehip and sweet hibiscus notes.  The finish has a refined dried cranberry.  This is a fairly big bodied coffee but maintains its clarity throughout

The Tanzania Songea Peaberry is back. The first and warmest sips offer a sweet cloudy vanilla/ caramel milk. As the coffee cools, the clouds clear to reveal sweet pear, green apple, and peach notes. An exciting summer brew, this coffee is perfect for iced coffee drinks.

Colombia Huila
COLOMBIA HUILA
Being one of the more well known American coffees Colombia is sometimes overlooked because it is so recognizable. This sends us out in search of a Colombia that will please and surprise. I like to think of Colombia as a big bright red balloon because of its expansive yet open body and its bright and colorful cherry and mild sweet tomato notes. This new crop Colombia has strawberry sweetness, and is as fresh as can be.

Sumatra
SUMATRA

Sumatra, with its semi-wash processing, maintains the classic Indonesian profile. A big olive-oil body with earthy and herbal notes and a sagey finish. This is a big and bold coffee that will not let you forget it.
