JADE OOLONG
This oolong tea is from the mountainous region of Nantou, Taiwan. With its flowery aroma, which is reminiscent of lilacs, this tea is cherished by oolong tea lovers across the globe. The tightly rolled leaves and connected stem unfurl slowly, revealing a new character with each subsequent infusion.

TI KUAN YIN PREMIUM GRADE
After miraculously curing a Chinese emperor, this tea was dubbed Tae Guan Yin, which translates to Iron Goddess of Mercy. The emperor believed these leaves resembled iron and possessed the healing powers of the Goddess of Mercy (Guan Yin). It has become one of the most treasured oolong teas in the world. Our Iron Goddess of Mercy has a light golden and coppery infusion with a smooth body and sweet finish. Its aroma is profoundly reminiscent of baked grain and dried sugary dates. Steep this tea many times, increasing the steeping time by one minute with each subsequent steeping to bring out the variety of nuances and characteristics found in this special oolong tea.

TI KUAN YIN (IRON GODDESS OF MERCY)
Oolong tea is semi fermented which gives the tea a little bit more body than a green tea but less body than a black tea. Ti Kuan Yin (Iron Goddess of Mercy) is sweet with a fragrant finish.
