We're so lucky to work with the good folks at Las Lajas year after year. There's really nothing else quite like it. Bursting with flavor is an understatement. Like the cup can't hold all the flavor. Head scratching tasting notes, tumbling out as we're trying to describe this beauty. Cherry cola and sage. Yeah, we tasted that. More as well. In fact, here's the whole list from our 'cupping sesh. Honey, sage, fruit punch, pink bubblegum, mead, rum, hibiscus, wild, lemongrass, blueberry, grape soda, tart cherry, lemonade, mineral water, maraschino cherry, cherry cola, sweet tarts, dark chocolate, round body, balanced acidity. Nuts, right? Actually, no nuts. Everything else though.
