What started as a cafe in Rogers Park / Edgewater in 2003 has expanded to welcome producers, roasters, baristas and coffee lovers across the globe. There is considerable beauty and authenticity in the complexity of Metropolis. To celebrate 20 years of complexity, we offer Hullabaloo 2023, blending two of our most beloved beans: Colombia Piendamo and Mexico Geisha from Jesus Sabag Javier.
