I used it for espresso and lattes . I ground it a little finer than other med blends. You really have to mess up to make this one bitter. As i first captured its scent i was reminded of hashish and geranium flowers. I imagine an open air market in Morocco or another country i havent been to. Love it
This is a terrific cup of coffee. Kenya single origin coffees are a favorite. They have good body, a nice dark chocolate note, not bitter. I can't say enough about how pleased I am at how consistently Metropolis roasts coffees.
