My partner and I have been joking about the 'Limited Edition' Project X dark blend for a while since it is our favorite of the dark blends that we've tried. Good for Cold Brew if you like a slightly earthier flavor to your cold coffee. Also good in a Chemex.
Among all the dark roast I tasted for the past 10 years, the coffee beans from Project X has the best balanced acids and deep chocolate flavor. Very lucky to have Sawada coffee in Chicago.
