The Good Soldier Schweik was a Czech literary character from the early 1920s who blundered his way through a war in the Ottoman Empire with good humor and not a little bit of luck. For some reason, it seemed like a good idea for us to name a blend after him. We started with the phrase “I Like Schweik” and just moved on from there. Pro-Tip: This award-winner is our highest scoring blend, and it’s super rare to find coffees of this quality for this price, so scoop 'em up and be a happy little soldier like Schweik.

Schwiek's has set the standard for my coffee experiences anywhere. It's light, never bitter, and always has *surprise* flavors every time I get a bag. I especially love smelling the aromas as the freshly ground beans bloom (I really like seeing them *grow* as I drip some hot water on them).
Long time lover of Redline espresso beans and normally like medium or dark roast. Decided to try this even though it's considered a light roast. It's really good. Wonderful flavor. Not at all skimpy on intensity. I will be getting this regularly!
