Shipment Processing Time

All orders are roasted on the 1st business day after the order is placed. Expedited shipping is available, which is 1-3 business days.

If for some reason, we’re expecting delays, you’ll be the first to know (well, the second after us)! We’ll notify you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer free shipping for all retail orders over $50! For retail orders under $50, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ship our products.

*We’re unable to ship outside of the U.S., Canada, Mexico, U.S. Territories, and U.S. military bases.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

When shipping to a P.O. Box or military address, your order will be shipped via USPS. When adding your address to the order form, please select the box to indicate that your address is a P.O Box, APO or FPO.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number 1-2 days after placing your order. If for some reason, you don’t see a shipment confirmation email after several days, be sure to check your spam box first! If it’s still nowhere to be found, please fill out our Contact Form or email us at and we’d be happy to help!

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Metropolis Coffee Company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Metropolis Coffee Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently offer shipping to Canada, Mexico, U.S. Territories, and U.S. military bases.

Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our coffee and tea (as long as it remains unopened).

Purchases of brew gear and apparel are non-refundable except in the case the product is defective. If that’s the case, please contact and provide pictures of the damaged product to initiate your return.

To start the return process, please use this link to get your USPS prepaid return label. Please note, that returns may take up to between 5-7 days to process from the time we receive the return at our HQ and for you to see a full refund. Your refund will be applied within 24 hours of receipt of the returned item.
