I signed up for Roaster's Choice because, while I love my usual favorites, I also like to get nudged out of my comfort zone. My first coffee was Honduras Honey, and I loved it. Medium strength, lovely aroma, stands up to half-and-half. Looking forward to the next surprise.
The rosters choice is a great opportunity to try something you might not other wise and I have yet to be disappointed.
From the moment I opened the bag, I knew I'd be happy! It's great. I usually think of Costa Rican beans as having an earthier flavor, and it's not my favorite. But this is fruitier and smooth and luscious. Thanks!
